1. Bridal Party and group event deposit/ cancellation policy. Asecurity deposit of $10 per service is required to book any bridal party or group event of 4 or more people. The security deposit will be refunded or it can go toward your services once all party member show up. Please notify us 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancelation to your bridal party or group event appointment. There will be a no rèund for the security deposit for any cancellation made after 24 hours. 2. Medical Conditions When booking your treatment, please inform us of any particular medical conditions, such as allergies or injuries, that may influence your choice of treatment. 3. Nail Repair Policy We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our eight days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge if it's not caused by the service we provided. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction. Changing a color, shapes, or nail designs will be charged. 4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or gift cards 5. All sales of services are final. No refund was accepted. But we will try our best to resolve your issues with the services. 6. Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services. *** We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who has an inappropriate attitude *** If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak to the manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
